We visited the Enoshima branch of Egg’n Things, a casual restaurant from Hawaii.
I was born & grew up in Shonan area, but I have never had a chance to go there because there is always a long line at this resturant.
This time I found a few available seats and we took seats as if we were invited to come in.

I don’t know if it was because the boom has calmed down a bit or because of the weather,
On this day, there were still empty seats even after 11:00 a.m.

I ordered the Waikiki Set Menu (2,480 yen per person for two people).
It includes a drink, salad, Benedictine, pancakes and two drinks.
I thought the price of 2480 yen was reasonable for a popular restaurant.

Eggs ‘n Benedict. The eggs and mashed potatoes are melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Strawberry whipped cream and macadamia nuts.
I was overwhelmed by the amount of cream, more than I had imagined.
It would be better to eat it for two people.
The texture of the fluffy cream and the flavor of the macadamia nuts made for a good taste.

This is Uji green tea, whipped cream and red beans.
It seems that Hawaii and Japan match well together.

This is the Shirasu Loco Moco Plate, available only at the Enoshima branch.

So, it looks like a good place to take a walk along the beach and have some pancakes.
It may be crowded in the summer, so it may be possible to come in the authum or winter time.
