About Sushi-Choushimaru

This sushi chain has 93 restaurants (as of May 2023), mainly in the Kanto region. In the past, sushi restaurants were revolving sushii rotated around the customers’ seats, but recently the system has been changed to one where only the ordered items are delivered.
The quality of the sushi items is so good that they have been featured on TV, and some restaurants also focus on entertainment by having tuna shows. Although there are many Japanese sushi chains, this is one of our most frequented sushi-restaurants because the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious.

This time, we visited Choshimaru’s Komae branch and would like to give a brief report.
